Allan Marshall was commissioned into the Royal Air Force (RAF) in September 1991. Following completion of a Service sponsored engineering degree at Cambridge University and pilot training, Marshall spent the first ten years of his career flying the Harrier. During this period, he completed several operational tours, including Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan; gained experience of embarked operations on Invincible-class aircraft carriers and undertook instructional, standardisation, and test and evaluation roles within the Harrier Force.

He has been involved in IT activities since 1977, Earth Observation Remote Sensing since 1994, and Modeling & Simulation activities since 2005. He has been honored to be part of NATO NIAG experts’ panel since 2013. He works as Senior Advisor in GMSPAZIO, an Italian SME dedicated to Modeling & Simulation, and Artificial Intelligence applied to Aerospace, Defense and Homeland Security markets.
Rita Malosti has 25 years of experience in operational services that make use of Earth Observation and Satellite Data technologies. This knowledge has been built over many years spent in roles in different parts of the operational chain as well as business development. Rita’s career started in ESA ESRIN, where she supported the European Space Agency in the activities around the exploitation of their EO data fleet, ERS and ENVISAT and the initial Earth Explorer Missions.
Sarah leads Telespazio UK within the Telespazio Group, which is one of the world’s main players in satellite solutions and services. Sarah was appointed CEO of Telespazio UK in July 2024. Prior to joining Telespazio UK, Sarah served as Vice President of UK Business Development for Airbus Defence and Space where she was entrusted with ensuring that the UK’s space missions, programmes and research and development initiatives delivered capabilities that advanced customer competitiveness.
Eric Stallmer is the Executive Vice President for Government Affairs and Public Policy for Voyager Technologies. Before joining Voyager, he was the President of the Commercial Space Federation. Prior to CSF, Eric served as the Vice President of Government Relations at Analytical Graphics Inc. (AGI). Eric served on both the DoD’s Defense Innovation Board, as well the The White House’s National Space Council Users’ Advisory Group (UAG) where he sat on the Executive Committee.
